RETURN POLICY
What is the return policy?
We understand if a piece was not the right one for you thus,
we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your order being received. All
tags must be attached to the piece that is unworn or unused to receive a refund
or an exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days to check the items and
process and the return and exchange.
We do not cover the shipping cost for returning any item. We
strongly suggest using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.
Customer is responsible for returning their items using a
local carrier and is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Can I exchange my items?
You are eligible to exchange your items for the same item in
a different size or exchange your product for a different product.
What item cannot be returned?
Full price items are eligible for a refund including any
items with a promotion that has gone back to full price. eg 30% off storewide.
Sale items are NOT eligible for a refund, ONLY eligible for store credit.
Clearance items are NOT
eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
We offer 100% money back guarantee on all of our products if received
damaged or defective. We will issue a full refund or replacement upon inspection
of the item. However, you must contact us within 5 days of your order delivery
date. To inform us of a damaged or defective product, kindly email our
